A word of advice and the best milkshake in Australia. Day 155, 47.6km (3/28/2009)

Today we entered the beginning of week 23 and were climbing towards 7,500 KM. We ran from the caravan Park into Ingham a very quaint town that had been seriously affected by the recent floods, everywhere we looked was signs of water damage. We got into town and came across a great little neaveau Cafe run by Steve, some of the locals guys were there having breakfast and Steve made D a milkshake, a real treat as D isn’t allowed many of these. D said it was the best milkshake in Australia a real old fashioned milkshake the kind she use to get as a kid, she share with me a small bit and we were both very grateful for a little bit of a spoil. We ran on out of town and made a roadside stop for some water and I met another Border there, he was very frisky as we had just met and I’m not that kind of girl I had to put him in his place with my ears back, tail up, sideward prance. We ran on and up a very steep hill, where came to a viewing area to Hinchinbrook island and guess what Cheaper was there. However he was hiding in the long grass, because the paparazzi were after him, he has become a real eggs-pert in avoiding them and share a few tips with me before flying off. We ran onto Cardwell, a very pretty town right next to the beach and settled into the Caravan Park for the night.
