Birds and blue sky day. Day 154, 48.9km  (3/29/2009)

We started the run today at Scrubby Creek, our finishing point from yesterdays run under clear blue skies with a light tail breeze. We had Ingham in our sight today. D was in a leisurely mood, so we ran along in a comfortable, but steady pace. Today was what I call birds and blue sky day, which means not much, happens, we just plod along and get to our destination. .  We got into Ingham and met the Mayor and the lady from the IGA and then went to the Caravan Park, which we were told had been seriously under H20 during the recent floods. I like my puddles, but enough is enough, the puddle still left from the floods suit me fine and I had a pleasant evening bath in a nice deep puddle. The only sad news of the day is that daddy (Alistair) had to leave early which means I didn’t get to spend much time with him again; of well I’ll see him again in Darwin.

Running with you soon
Maggie, Director of Greeting (D.O.G.)
